In 2023 I joined the sustainability team at R.M.Williams based in the Sydney Head Office. Working on the Crafting a Better Future strategy, I am proud to be using my skills to help improve the already world class products and supply chain.
It is also a pleasure to hold an active seat on the governance team for the Australian Sheep Sustainability Framework.
LOWN Fashion Rental Startup
Taronga Zoo HATCH Incubator
LOWN was a sustainable, regenerative fashion rental startup I founded in 2022 aiming to fix "toxic fashion" via a circular economy solution that provides luxury clothing rental as part of Company corporate benefit programs. It was featured in the 2023 Taronga HATCH Accelerator Program, a program that supports "ecopreneurs" in creating scaleable businesses.
Down to Earth x Zac Efron
On Season 2 of this popular Netflix series I joined the crew in Australia to talk them through the sustainability impacts of Australian wool. In the picture is co-star Darin Olien and woolgrower, Noel.
'Sustain This' Podcast
In collaboration with brilliant outdoor brand Vivobarefoot, I created and hosted 37 episodes of the podcast talking to sustainability experts around the world. In the pic we are recording in Scotland.
Unfinished Business
In an industry first, regenerative footwear brand Vivobarefoot integrated their financial and non-financial activities. Leading the creative teams, I curated this against the odds and made big waves.

Leaning in to the wisdom of authors Giles Hutchins and Laura Storm, I led the transformation of Vivobarefoot into a Regenerative Business. Their journey continues alongside their business success.
A 'Thoughtful' Rebrand
As the Impact Director, I worked with the family owners of the Bahlsen institution to overhaul the business and its products. The 'thoughtful' mission included an extensive and inspiring rebrand.
People & Planet Positive
As the Head of Sustainability, I launched this Australian e-commerce giant's public strategy. I ran extensive workshops to engage stakeholders and created content to get people on the journey.
Primark Cares
Many people do not know the extent of the amazing work that this fast fashion giant does on Ethical Trade and Sustainability. I helped launch the brand's first public campaign to do this.
Burberry x DETOX
Luxury fashion brand Burberry is easily one of the world leaders on the topic of sustainability. Their goal to be nature positive by 2040 underpins everything they do. I helped make this a reality.
Chevron's GORGON Project
As one of the handful of registered animal handlers on this unique project, I witnessed what humans are capable of when disconnected from nature and whats possible when reconnected.
The Sydney Opera House
Working with Brian Eno on the very first 'Vivid' event at the world famous Sydney Opera House was a life changing moment for me. I realised the power of art to move people and compel action.
