Hi I'm Emma. I've been working in sustainability for a long time, helping companies achieve their sustainability goals. My true passion is to be able to do this by inspiring hearths and minds.

I don't believe sustainability has to be boring, complicated or condescending. I'm proud to be part of the R.M.Williams team and to be working on championing Australian leather, wool and cotton.

I was recently diagnosed with an aggressive and advanced breast cancer. It won't be something that defines me but for a while, it will certainly have my focus. This place is somewhere I'll share the journey.
